I am a Production Sound Mixer (I.A.T.S.E. 891 Member :Mixer and ACFC West Permitee: Mixer) with experience in Features, EPK/ENG work as well as live Television broadcasts. I received a Leo Award in 2007 for Best Sound in a Dramatic Short, was nominated for a Leo Award 2006 (Best Overall Sound in a Short Drama) and I started my sound carear in early 2004. I own all my own equipment and have business insured transport.
Since 2002 I have been working in film and as a casual with CBC (over 150 days including 7 live prime time broadcasts), Knowledge Network, Life Network, Outdoor Life Network, traveled to Africa(twice) and China (twice),all on features or Documentaries. I keep involved in the local scene doing Indies, shorts, Crazy 8′s , 24 hour film festivals and what ever else I can sharpen my teeth on. I believe that I am a strong addition to any production team and I strive for quality as well as “making the day” – a good one.
